Dr. Eleonora Orloff is a physician, healthcare operator, and investor with a focus on advancing clinical service operations and innovative care delivery models. She is the founding partner of a large, multi-specialty eye care practice in New York, where she leads both clinical and operational strategy, integrating cutting-edge diagnostics, AI-driven solutions, and patient-centered care.
Dr. Orloff currently serves as a Principal Clinical Investigator on a post-approval safety study with CooperVision and is Co-Founder of TearDx, a biotechnology venture exploring the diagnostic potential of tear fluid. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical medicine, research, and scalable healthcare innovation.
She earned her Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and is currently a candidate for a Master of Science in Clinical Service Operations at Harvard Medical School, where she is further developing expertise in healthcare systems, operational excellence, and industry innovation.
In addition to her clinical and entrepreneurial work, Dr. Orloff is actively engaged in healthcare investing and advisory roles, contributing to the evaluation and growth of early-stage companies. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for HBSAANY.
